1. Do not install the wrong direction and destroy the lip. If there is a slight defect in the lip, it may cause obvious oil leakage.
2. Prevent mandatory installation. Do not use a hammer to knock in, but use a special tool to press the sealing ring into the seat hole first, and then use a special tooling to protect the lip through the spline. Before installation, apply lubricating oil to the lips to facilitate installation and provide early lubrication, and pay attention to cleaning.
3. Prevent extended use. The service life of rubber seals for dynamic seals is generally 3000~5000h, and new seals should be replaced in time.
4. The size of the replacement sealing ring should be the same. In strict accordance with the requirements of the instructions, the same size of the seal ring should be selected.
5. Avoid using old sealing rings. When using a new sealing ring, it is also necessary to carefully check its surface quality to ensure that there are no defects such as small holes, protrusions, cracks and grooves and have enough elasticity before use.
6. During installation, all parts of the hydraulic system should be strictly cleaned first. It is best to use special tools to prevent sharp metal edges from scratching fingers.
7. When replacing the sealing ring, strictly check the groove of the sealing ring, remove dirt and polish the bottom of the groove.
8. In order to prevent oil leakage caused by damage, it must be operated according to regulations, and at the same time, it is not allowed to overload the machine for a long time or operate in a relatively harsh environment.
