Rubber FEP Encapsulated O rings is a relatively important type of rubber 

        product we produce.  The combination of FEP/PFA outer covering layer with dense and uniform surface 

       and no joints and rubber inner core makes the overall sealing of the covered o-ring consistent, and 

      the elastic and compressive strain of each point on the o-ring is uniform. It can still be installed and 

      used repeatedly under continuous pressure. As the pressure of the medium increases, the o-ring is 

     compressed as a whole, and  PTFE FEP Encapsulated Silicone Black Color O Ring  is like a high-viscosity 

      liquid, which transmits the pressure acting on it to all directions without reduction.

  The presence of 

      FEP outer coating makes Encapsulated o-ring have good resistance to hardening and brittleness, 

     while the inner core made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber makes the sealing ring still maintain 

     good elasticity at a high temperature of 200°C .
