The basic properties of NBR O Ring are as follows:

Amorphous and amorphous, the raw rubber strength is low,

Oil resistance is the most prominent feature of NBR.

NBR contains polar nitrile group, which is suitable for non-polar or weakly polar mineral oil,

good resistance

to chemicals such as animal and vegetable oils, liquid fuels and solvents.

The heat resistance is better than NR,

SBR and CR, and it can be used for a long time in hot air at 120℃.

The cold resistance and low temperature

resistance are poor. The higher the mass fraction of acrylonitrile, the worse the cold resistance.

Good air tightness,

second only to IIR in general rubber.

The heat-resistant oxygen aging and sunlight aging properties are better

than NR.
